Meet the Founder
Agriculture is in my blood. I’m a proud farmer’s daughter with a deep connection to the land and a genuine passion for Australian agriculture. Growing up in Tasmania and working across the country has given me a strong, practical understanding of the industry.
With more than 25 years of hands-on experience on farms and alongside agribusinesses, I understand agriculture from the paddock to the boardroom. Throughout my leadership journey, I learned (sometimes the hard way) that valuing people truly matters. Leaders who put their people first spend less time managing issues and more time building strong, successful teams. I’ve seen firsthand how a supportive, inspiring leader can lift motivation and drive real results.
As a people and culture consultant, I’m passionate about helping individuals and businesses uncover their values, connect with what drives them, and align these to create purpose-led organisations in a safe, considered, and meaningful way.
