This workshop is designed for anyone with on-farm responsibility for leading people, including managers, supervisors, team leaders, emerging leaders and business owners.

$1,200 + GST for the first registration
$997 + GST for each additional registration from the same business, when registered in the same booking.

Sally is a People, Teams & Culture Consultant specialising in the Australian agricultural industry.

With extensive experience working alongside family farms, corporate agriculture and agribusiness, Sally helps clients navigate the people side of the industry.

She partners with farming businesses across Australia to build capable leaders, strengthen team performance, and create workplaces where people and businesses thrive.
