Meet Sally Murfet

Agriculture is in my blood. I am a proud farmer's daughter with a deep connection to the land and a strong passion for Australian agriculture, having grown up in Tasmania and developed a national awareness of the industry.

With more than 25 years of hands-on experience working on farms and collaborating with agribusiness companies, I possess a natural understanding and affinity for the agricultural sector, from the paddock to the boardroom.

During the early stages of my leadership journey,

I quickly realised (the hard way) the importance of valuing people. I learned that bosses who prioritise their employees spend less time managing performance or addressing problematic behaviour. Drawing from personal experiences, I can attest to the positive impact a supportive and inspiring boss can have, igniting motivation and driving success.

As a people and culture consultant, my true passion lies in helping clients uncover their values, identify their passions, and align them to create purpose-driven businesses in a safe, considered and meaningful way.

I am proud to be a Certified Practicing Member of the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI) and a certified facilitator of the behavioural assessment tool, DISC Flow. These qualifications enable me to provide expert guidance and support to individuals and teams.
